Atnip Construction, a family business more than 40 years strong, was formed in 1966 by Jerry Atnip. In 1987, Jerry's son, Robby, joined the management team. Father and son still work together upholding the prestige, integrity, and professionalism of the business. The Atnip Construction concept has always been "Professionals producing professional products!"

- Family Business building homes in Huntsville/Madison County for more than 40 years.

- Robby is active with the design/layout of streets and lots.
- Atnip Construction does construction of streets and underground utilities within Greenlawn. We know it is put in right.
- Built approximately 30% of homes in Greenlawn.
- On job site each day for quality assurance.
- Work with clients to review plans from Architect's perspective to ensure plans are what client wants.
- Work with clients to ensure house is properly sited on lot.
